San Francisco, CA - In a city known for its uniqueness and multiculturalism, El Rincon Latino Restaurant offers a unique rendition of authentic Mexican and Salvadorian platters for your enjoyment. Comprised of a seasonal menu, dishes reflect vibrancy in its spices and texture, fusing authentic home cooking with a metropolitan twist.

Having served in the Mission District, La Familia Hernandez has been sharing its delightful platters with fellow San Franciscans since the 1980’s beginning first with The Sunshine Restaurant. Since then, they have continuously expanded their clientele; touching the tips of the Peninsula throughout the 1990’s with their second restaurant in Daly City, El Taconazo #1. With the new millennium has come the arrival of El Rincon Latino Restaurant.

Its ambiance is of a rustic Latin American diner, splattered with images of countryside living and splurged with the urban nuances of city life. The idea was to create a concoction of the old with the new and that is what El Rincon Latino Restaurant is all about. Each dish is prepared in the traditional manner that has made La Familia Hernandez quite the delight for so many San Franciscans for so many years.
